EXCERPT :

A truly Uniquely Singapore performance not to be missed!!!

Songs For Gaia is a 10-month process involving over 10 performers. Featuring Songs, Music and Contemporary Dance choreography by home-grown inter-disciplinary artist Tan How Choon. Also, incorporating designs by ECNAD’s stage visual wizard Lim Chin Huat. Come and view this exciting creation in conjunction with ECNAD’s 13th Anniversary. Reflecting on the subtlety of nature and its omnipresence, Songs For Gaia aims to inspire and awaken a delicate part of the human experience and its relationship with the environment. Juxtaposition of whimsical penguins, Mother Earth and human voices set in the historical ambience of the old parliament house, Songs For Gaia paints an emotional landscape inspired by nature and humanity. Tune in to Songs For Gaia to liberate the senses and bring in the long forgotten freshness of the morning dew! Also featuring The A Cappella Society Youth Voices, a local award-winning singing and performance group.
